Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it out within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Please allow for longer processing times during sales or holidays. This does not apply to pre-orders. RETURNS:

Provvista will gladly accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit unless specifically marked as “final sale”. Many of our items are hand-crafted/painted and may have slight variations to their design as part of their uniqueness. We do our best to quality check every item before it leaves our hands.
